Move the "clips" that you release to to move the section up or down in and lower it and pull it out. The top will relase either by twisting the panel or by moving it to apoint where there is a notch in the frame. Most hardware stores and glass companies can replace the glass and screens. Many of them can make new frames also.
Do you mean to take the insert frames and have someone replace the glass or screen in those frames? I was hoping to replace the entire insert frame, not just the glass and screen that goes into them, for some of these. I should have been more specific -- some of the inserts' structure has been damaged.
