This course provides participants with sufficient resources and teaching tools so that they can develop a program and effectively train their collection personnel for DATIA certification. The certification is voluntary and renewed on an annual basis, and therefore requires more of a collector than the DOT requires. Our goal is to support excellence in collections to ensure a drug-free workplace.

Please note: with this course attendees can obtain the classroom portion of the five year refresher requirements for DOT and HHS mock collections will need to be completed prior to the course.
